Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation programs will be provided to you following your initial appointment and altered as required during follow up visits. We will provide tailored rehabilitation programs to assist in your recovery and help you self manage your injury with the goal of preventing any re-injury in the future.  

End stage rehabilitation is important if you are returning to sport, as it is important to bridge the gap from your rehabilitation in the gym, to the demands that your sport will place upon your previous injury. This is key to helping reduce the risk of re-injury.
